Fantastic location in 05. Belvaros - Lipotvaros district just next door to good bars and great restaurants highly recommended, and the Strudel House restaurant which has the most excellent food. Reasonably priced and savoury breakfast selection of amazing things...

We got superior king room with soundproof' and the bar plus the iron, had enjoyable experience here. Particularly good and stunning location to attractions like Hungarian Parliament Building, that was near the hotel. Moreover, it's just off Iberostar Grand Budapest at middle of December 2018 as well as restsurants.

Its location was amazing, just off most sightseeing, Budapest's well known landmarks and the Strudel House restaurant. Local fast food option Hummus bar was 5 minutes walk away.

The hotel is well designed, although some facilities are over designed and not practical. No hooks for towls in shower, no spoons for coffee etc... Hotel staff at reception was insecure and got fast in panic. Mixed up invoices etc..

Very good value for money. We arrived only two days after the hotel's opening and were upgraded to a suite as one or two of the hotel's leisure facilities were not yet in full working order (spa/sauna) though the gym was open. The management and staff were very good, they also provided for a late check-out and were helpful in addressing any queries we had. The restaurant food was good, though somewhat pricey. The hotel's location is excellent.

Luxury double room was fantastic and exactly as the website showed/described. Perfect for a young couple. Clean, modern, spacious but yet designed intimitely with vibrant colours.
The spa was a disappointment. The jacuzzi was luke warm with no bubbles. The lighting kept changing for no reason, the Turkish bath was not a turkish bath but more of a steam room and was not even close to being hot. The Sauna was far too small. People were wandering about trying to flick switches all the time to try to operate the jacuzzi and turkish bath and proving it to be a failure, people were not happy and walked out every few minutes after entering the spa area

The hotel location was excellent for all bars restaurants and tourist sites. The SPA facilities were fabulous and I also had a massage which was also first class. The room was very clean and of a very high spec.Vaery spacious, large screen plasma TV. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I only had the breakfast meal which was well cooked and there was also a choice of cereals, cheeses and cold meats and fruits, Teas, coffeees and fruit juices. The price charged for this level of accommodation was unbelievably affordable.
I was disappointed thatthere were not more English channels on the TV. I was not aware of any film channel or pay per view options. I called reception once or twice for help and they said I would have a call back in 10 minutes but the call back never happened.
